Four days. Senior leaders. One city, Manila. The challenge: turn a packed agenda of talks, workshops and tours into one cohesive experience instead of a collection of events.
01 · The business problem
The problem wasn't content. There was plenty of it: leadership talks, workshops, cultural tours, broadcasts. The risk was the opposite of an empty agenda: four days that felt like four separate programs, each one fine on its own but adding up to less than the sum of its parts. For an audience of senior leaders, cohesion wasn't a nice-to-have. It was the whole difference between a trip and a turning point.
02 · What I saw
“The event wasn't a logistics problem; it was a storytelling problem. Every talk, workshop and tour needed to carry the same narrative thread, so leaders left with one story about who they were becoming, not a folder of disconnected sessions.”
03 · The strategy
01
Design every element (talks, workshops, tours, broadcasts) to advance the same story.
02
Open, build and land the experience deliberately, so each day sets up the next.
03
Balance inspiration with hands-on work so leaders left having made something, not only heard something.
04 · The work
The recap, four days in Manila, in motion.

Leaders at the town hall broadcast.

The cake, leadership's wishes for the new business team.

Manila nights, a jeepney lit up between sessions.

Journey posters, from marketing general agent to end customer.
05 · My role
Partners: Oversaw design and implementation with internal teams and partners.
06 · The result
A four-day experience senior leaders went through as one story, talks, workshops, cultural tours and broadcasts working as a single, cohesive whole.
