Honeywell.Built to Last: turning a digital commerce strategy into a transformation program.

Digital Commerce • Transformation Strategy • Program Narrative

Honeywell, a global automation and industrial technology company, had commerce platforms aging out, some at vendor end-of-life. The answer wasn't a replatform; it was a standard, enterprise-grade framework for every future commerce rollout.

01 · The business problem

The problem was sprawl. A technology landscape of varying platforms, each built for its own business unit, made every digital initiative a bespoke project, slow, duplicative and expensive. The booklet had to make the case for standardization without steamrolling the businesses, and turn a technology decision into a growth story for a changing marketplace.

02 · What I saw

“This wasn't a digital commerce strategy; it was a digital commerce transformation. Naming the difference changed the appetite for it.”
